The mandoline is born and Jean BRON is determined to make it well known in the whole world, associated with the BRON trademark, the litlle red flag. All professional kitchens in the world know the BRON mandoline. Jean BRON will afterwards manufacture a chipper, a bread slicer, a dicer, with the same quality. In 1975, after having moved to larger premises, theJean BRON Company is bought by Andre COUCKE, native of the North of France and small textile manufacturer. Bron Mandoline is made out of durable, 18/10 stainless steel, making it easy to clean and ensuring it will last you for years to come.
