Aquamarine glass paneled body with opalescent spotting with a metal hinged flip lid and a wide angle pour spout. Glass blown and then a glass cast to match other tableware of it's kind and color. It is by an unknown manufacturer but that was a common occurrence in 20th century glass making to not have markings or trademarks. Several glass furnace factories in the early 1900's did not stamp all their products, especially when building for another retailer through partnership. In the early 20th century, the majority of glass factories in the United States were located in the western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, Indiana, and northern West Virginia regions. Fenton, Northwood, Dugan, Libbey, and even Anchor Hocking all made glass-ware for other supply retailers due to the limit of glass furnaces at the time in the USA. Even though we could not accurately discover the maker of this glass we did rule out the four we just mentioned. This glass design was made in several other colors and shaped into other table-ware items like sugar shakers, pitchers, syrup dispensers, S & P shakers as well as other drink-ware and even glass lamp bases. Not to be mistaken as an "artisan made art glass sculpture" due to the fact that this was made to be a "usable item" and several were made. All in all, it still makes a for great kitchen or home decoration as well as getting harder and harder to find.
