Made by LE Mason (1946-2001) Boston, MA Made from Copper/Bronze and Zinc/ Aluminum 100% Made of USA metal! In 1945, L.E. Mason Co. began making aluminum and zinc components for electrical wiring. L.E. Mason Co., then became a privately held manufacturer of weatherproof electrical boxes and covers, conduit bodies, fittings and residential outdoor lighting used in residential and commercial construction and remodeling. In 1999, Thomas & Betts Corp. of Memphis, TN announced that they were intending acquiring L.E.Mason, and in 2001 Thomas & Betts ended L.E. Mason's run. Thomas & Betts is a leading producer of connectors and components for worldwide electrical and electronics markets. L.E Mason did not make their monogrammed merchandise to SALE!!!! The company using their metal blends and other metal materials for wiring and electrical components would make gifts or challenge products (samples) for professional and craftsmanship bravado? If gifts... whether would have been for employees or clients or both, I can not be certain. They made monogrammed coasters, crumbers, coal feet warmer reproductions, gift boxes, and inkwells to name a few and only did so for a brief period in the 1960's. So if you have a name that fancies the letter G or no someone who does this is the box for you. The Emblem is written in Holy Union Font Alphabet Letter G Dimensions: 8" X 4" X 1" Weight: 1 lb 7 oz See photos for condition.
