    Made during the "Farmhouse Aesthetics" movement of the late 1990's to Mid-2000's by Cook Tools in Taiwan. Every since 1967, when the USA entered in as a foreign market buyer for Taiwan, their manufacturers have produced some of the most charming chicken decor to match our spending trends. And during the "Farmhouse Aesthetics" movement, Cook Tools of Taiwan came thru with with this historical "Good Luck Charm" symbol for your kitchen as well as a practical holder for utensils and matching dispensers. Ironically, the chicken symbol in the kitchen goes way back with Swedish Cooks
    as a symbol of "Good Luck" in the kitchen. Just like the Dutch "Barn Stars" believing that symbol beacons of divine order and had agricultural and religious significance...America turned into a trendy trademark of the south.

    Eggs (salt and pepper shakers) measure 1" X 1..5" BOTH HAVE PLASTIC STOPPERS TO HOLD SPICES!!!
